Program includes:
Meeting circle
Aromatherapy
Creating of the request
Theory and practice
Questions & answers concerning massage 🕯
Features of working with different parts of the body;
Breathing and preparation for the practice;
Massage in couples;
Tea during the break; __

It is an interesting experience, as for beginners, as for those, who practice massage for long time. We want to make massage available for everyone, as a therapy and relaxation method. 🧘‍♀️

Please come to the practice in comfortable clothes and not having a full stomach.
